The construction of a data center in Bonner, Montana, has been halted at the Bonner Mill site after Mike Heisey, general manager of Bonner Mill Industrial Park, withdrew his signature from the project's application. Heisey cited public concerns as the reason for his decision to no longer support the development by Idaho-based data center company Krambu.

Karen Hughes, Missoula County's director of planning, developing, and sustainability, confirmed that while the project is stalled at the mill location, Krambu has not yet formally withdrawn its application for the data center. The county is also scheduled to host a meeting on Thursday at the Missoula County Courthouse to deliberate a proposed one-year pause on all new data center proposals within the county.
