DC BLOX, the data center operator bringing its latest development to Irvington, just released its "Comprehensive Community Protection Pledge."
In the pledge, the company commits to pay 100% of utility costs, adhere to strict noise limits, use union labor and make big investments in the nearby Warren Township community assets.
