Pennsylvania township sued over planned data center project
MLP Ventures has sued Upper Merion Township and its Planning Commission over a planned data center project, seeking an extension for the review of their application. The project involves building over 4 million sq ft of data centers across five locations in Upper Merion and West Conshohocken. A Montgomery County judge has issued an injunction related to the case.
MLP Ventures has filed a lawsuit against the Upper Merion Township Board of Supervisors and its Planning Commission in Pennsylvania. The data center developer is seeking an extension related to the review of its application to construct more than four million square feet of data centers across five locations within Upper Merion and West Conshohocken.
A Montgomery County judge has since issued an injunction this week in connection with the ongoing legal proceedings.
