Hebron/Lowell Data Center Zoning Vote - Lake County Plan Commission Meeting

The Lake County Plan Commission is set to vote on a crucial zoning change concerning a proposed data center development in the Hebron and Lowell area of Lake County, Indiana. The vote, originally scheduled for February, was deferred to allow for a developer-requested Town Hall meeting, which concluded on April 16th. The proposed change would rezone land from agricultural to light industrial to accommodate the data center.
