Developer abandons data center plans in rural Brown County

A Texas-based developer, Cloverleaf Infrastructure, is no longer pursuing a data center project in the village of Greenleaf in rural Brown County, Wisconsin, after facing pushback from the local community. The company had made purchase offers to residents ranging from $50,000 to $120,000 per acre, but decided not to move forward with the project after speaking with village and town leadership.
