DC BLOX plans to amend and refile its lawsuit challenging Nashville’s data center regulations and moratorium. A federal judge dismissed the company’s initial lawsuit, which argued that the rules targeted its planned data center near the Nashville Zoo and violated its constitutional rights.
DC BLOX, the company behind a proposed data center near the Nashville Zoo, said it intends to amend and refile a lawsuit challenging Nashville’s new data center regulations and development moratorium. The company maintains that the changes were specifically targeted at its project and infringe on its constitutional rights.
A federal judge dismissed DC BLOX’s initial lawsuit, but the company told WKRN News 2 that the dispute is continuing and that it expects to refile within 21 days.
