Bitfarms Moves to U.S. as Keel Infrastructure, Bolsters Data Center Pipeline

Bitfarms, a North American digital and energy infrastructure company, has announced a significant corporate restructuring, including its redomiciliation from Canada to the U.S. Shareholders have approved the move, following which the company will be headquartered in New York and rebranded as Keel Infrastructure, trading under the new ticker KEEL on Nasdaq and TSX. The company reported its 2025 results, highlighting accelerated commercialization at its Panther Creek and Sharon sites in Pennsylvania, and its Moses Lake site in Washington state. Bitfarms is also advancing a substantial 2.2 GW data center development pipeline across North America. This strategic relocation, alongside senior infrastructure hires and active go-to-market efforts, is intended to solidify Bitfarms' standing as a key player in high-demand data center markets, enhance its ability to attract investment-grade counterparties, and facilitate project or parent-level financing for its large-scale HPC infrastructure build-out. The company secured key zoning approvals to support this expansion.
