Just outside the capital city, a massive worker camp could reshape the local landscape.  Iron Guard Housing is proposing an 800 unit man camp designed to house as many as 5600 construction workers.  Justin Arnold, director for Laramie County Planning and Development, says the region is entering a construction boom, with thousands of skilled workers expected to arrive.
