Atlanta-based data center developer DC BLOX has unveiled plans for a substantial $2.2 billion data center project on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Company executives detailed the proposed facility's location, indicating it would be built off the Pennsy Trail. The plans also specify the project's close proximity to Irvington Community Elementary School, a detail that may draw attention during the permitting and zoning processes.
