NTT DATA plans seven-data-center campus in Mesa, Arizona

ABC15 reporter Adam Kap toured NTT DATA's Mesa campus to examine how the facility operates and address concerns about data center resource use. NTT DATA representatives highlighted a closed-loop cooling system that significantly reduces water consumption compared with conventional systems.
The company also acknowledged that its data centers and equipment require substantial electricity. NTT DATA said it worked with Salt River Project for years to connect the Mesa campus to the power grid and expects construction to continue for roughly two more years as it develops a total of seven data centers at the site.
