A free virtual panel discussion, moderated by Peter Annin, author of The Great Lakes Water Wars, will explore the impact of data center growth on water use and the Great Lakes Compact. The webinar, scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET, will address public discussion points such as water consumption, review standards, and the ongoing relevance of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact.

The panel features experts from diverse backgrounds, including the Alliance for the Great Lakes, Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors & Premiers, Microsoft Corporation, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. They will offer perspectives from data center developers, stakeholder concerns, and the challenges faced by states within the Great Lakes watershed.
