Potomac River ranks No. 1 on new list of ‘Most Endangered Rivers’

The Potomac River has been named the No. 1 'Most Endangered River' in the country by the nonprofit American Rivers. The organization cited factors such as a recent sewage spill and data center development as reasons for the river's endangered status.
