EdgeConneX Cedar Creek data center filings reach $5.8B
New Texas filings add $1.2 billion in estimated construction costs to EdgeConneX's second data center campus in Cedar Creek, bringing the campus total to about $4 billion. Across three planned campuses, nine buildings are projected to span 5.83 million square feet and cost approximately $5.84 billion.
Two Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filings identify planned data center buildings at 6402 FM 535 in Cedar Creek. The two 591,400-square-foot buildings are each estimated to cost $600 million, with construction scheduled from November 2026 through May 2028.
The buildings are part of EdgeConneX's second Cedar Creek campus, which also includes four previously filed buildings at 6682 FM 535. State registry records identify EdgeConneX affiliates as the owner, occupant and operator of the six-building campus, while the company's three planned Cedar Creek campuses total nine buildings, about 5.83 million square feet and $5.84 billion in estimated construction costs.
