City staff recommends contracts with GBA Inc. for zoning revision and development guideline recommendations, and with Renew Missouri Advocates for community outreach and zoning legal services, at costs not to exceed $42,440 and $10,750, respectively. Both contracts would be funded from the City's general fund. The ordinances are slated for a second reading and potential vote on Monday, October 12th.
