Big crowd protests proposed data centers in Saline

Hundreds of Saline residents protested a proposed 250-acre data center project in the area, arguing there are better places to build such facilities. The protest came ahead of a virtual public hearing by the Michigan Public Service Commission to determine if DTE can enter a contract with the developers. Protestors, including local resident Josh LeBaron, say the two-hour hearing is not enough time to present their grievances.
