AI data center to be built in Denton County’s Alliance corridor
Colovore is developing a $430 million, 156,500-square-foot AI data center in Fort Worth, Denton County, Texas. Construction is slated to begin in December and finish by December 2028. The facility will be liquid-cooled to reduce water consumption and is expected to consume 32 megawatts of power.
Colovore, a data center company specializing in liquid-cooled AI infrastructure, is set to develop a new 156,500-square-foot data center in the Alliance corridor of southern Denton County, specifically in far north Fort Worth, Texas. The $430 million project, identified as Colovore Alliance in a state filing, is scheduled to commence construction in December and be completed by December 2028.
The facility, which will be built along Heritage Parkway near I-35W and Hwy 114, will include an administration area and four data halls, each approximately 21,000 square feet. According to Baxtel, a data center research firm, the facility will feature a fully liquid-cooled, high-density design aimed at reducing water consumption. The data center is projected to consume 32 megawatts of power upon completion.
