The City of Clinton postponed a public hearing on a proposed data center zoning ordinance that had been scheduled for the evening. City officials said the hearing will be rescheduled to provide additional notice and ensure all requirements are met.
The ordinance is advancing even though no land has been purchased for data center development on Clinton's west side. Opposition group Clintonians Against Data Centers has attended city discussions, including one addressed by former City Council candidate Kevin Bradley.
