Stream Data Centers, a prominent developer in the hyperscale data center industry, has expanded its executive leadership team with two key appointments: Murray Woolcock as Chief Financial Officer and Scott Greubel as Executive Vice President, Construction. These strategic hires aim to bolster the company's capacity to address the accelerating demand for hyperscale data center solutions through enhanced capital strategies and construction execution. Murray Woolcock brings over 25 years of experience in global infrastructure development, investment, and construction projects, including previous roles as CFO for a leading communications infrastructure developer and as an Operating Executive at Apollo, focusing on digital infrastructure investments. In his new role, Woolcock will oversee Stream's capital strategy, financial operations, and investment underwriting. Scott Greubel joins with 25 years of leadership experience from DPR Construction, where he managed large-scale data center projects for major tech companies like Intel and Meta, significantly contributing to DPR's revenue growth. Greubel will focus on scaling Stream's construction capabilities and developing reliable design and construction standards to support rapid expansion. Michael Lahoud, CEO of Stream Data Centers, expressed pride that both Woolcock and Greubel, who initially worked with Stream as contractors, chose to join the company full-time.
