The Jefferson County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to hold a public hearing on a proposed data center ordinance. The hearing will take place at 6 p.m. in the third-floor courtroom of the Jefferson County Courthouse. Residents are invited to attend and provide input on the proposed regulations concerning data center development within the county.
The Board of Supervisors will not make any immediate decisions during the hearing, but will convene the following morning at 8 a.m. to discuss and consider options for moving forward with the ordinance.
