#ICYMI: Over a hundred Lackawanna County residents gathered in the Dickson City Civic Center on Thursday night for a public hearing regarding data centers, prior to a special borough council meeting.
As public comment began, Lackawanna County Commissioner Bill Gaughan took to the podium, delivering a speech met with a standing ovation.
