Maryland Governor Moore signed an executive order to establish a standardized review process for data centers covering 25 megawatts or more. The order also creates a Maryland Data Center Task Force and a Data Center Dashboard. Additionally, the Governor supports repealing the state's 2020 tax exemption for data centers.
