The company, specializing in high-density data centers, plans to outfit the interior of a 28,000-square-foot facility located at 8171 Jim Christal Road. Construction for this renovation is slated to begin in September 2026 and is expected to be completed by May 2027.
Other major projects detailed in the report include Sanko Texas Corporation's new $65 million plastic pallet and container manufacturing plant in San Antonio, Mercantile Partners' $50 million hybrid office and warehouse development in Fort Worth, and a $50 million building for Oncor Electric Delivery Company in Midlothian. Additionally, Austin ISD is undertaking $21.3 million in upgrades at the Liberal Arts and Science Academy, and Denton's Pohl Recreation Center is commencing a $11.7 million renovation.
