RS Titan LLC, which operates a data center in Moses Lake, Washington, has filed a federal lawsuit against Grant County Public Utility District (PUD). The lawsuit, detailed in a June federal court order, alleges that RS Titan and its affiliates contributed over $1.9 million towards electrical infrastructure.
Despite these payments, the company claims that Grant PUD later restricted the amount of power available to its data center facility located on Randolph Road. The dispute centers on the PUD's provision of electrical service to the data center.
