New $10 Billion Data Center Planned for Northern Kentucky

Plans are in motion to construct a substantial new data center in Northern Kentucky, with an estimated investment of nearly $10 billion. According to reports from the Business Courier, the proposed 550-acre facility would be situated approximately midway between Cincinnati, Ohio, and Louisville, Kentucky, just east of Interstate 71.

Builders have reportedly already conducted evaluations of the site and performed power studies to determine the potential impact on both urban areas.
