Aligned Data Centers is advancing two large facilities at its Price Innovation Campus near Price Road and Innovation Street in Chandler. The PHX04 building was planned at nearly 396,343 square feet, while the PHX06 project is undergoing design and administrative review as a two-phase, 456,946-square-foot development. Maricopa County has issued a minor air permit for PHX06, whose listed applicant is Aligned Data Centers (Continuum) PropCo LLC.

The broader 40-acre campus is expected to include additional buildings and has a development agreement allowing average water use of 48,631 gallons per day and electricity service of 150 megawatts from Salt River Project. The expansion is part of a wider Phoenix-area data center boom, but rising power demand and water consumption remain significant regional concerns. Aligned was recently acquired by AIP, MGX and BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners in a deal valuing the company at approximately $40 billion.
