Fauquier supervisors to Richmond: No more data center tax breaks

The Fauquier County Board of Supervisors passed a resolution in support of a bill that would remove the sales tax exemption for data centers that do not meet certain environmental regulations. The resolution was passed during Virginia's legislative session.
