Rushmark Properties formally notified Warren County of its decision to withdraw pending Zoning Text Amendment and Conditional Use Permit applications for a proposed data center project located on Rockland Road. The withdrawal request, submitted by Rushmark Properties President Dan Doty in a letter dated August 11, 2026, concerned the property identified as Tax Map 12A, section 1, block 16, lots A2 and A3.

The Board of Supervisors will not take any action on the withdrawn applications. Rushmark Properties expressed gratitude for the time and resources dedicated by the Warren County Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, and Planning staff in evaluating the applications.

Warren County acknowledged the significant public interest surrounding these applications and thanked residents for their participation throughout the review process. The County reaffirmed its commitment to providing opportunities for public involvement and maintaining an open and transparent process for land-use matters.
