55,000 sq. ft. data center proposed for Charlestown industrial park

QLEVR LLC is seeking approval to build a 55,000-square-foot, 3-megawatt data center on a 12-acre parcel within an industrial park located in Charlestown, Clark County, Indiana. The proposed development is currently in the public hearing phase. A public hearing to discuss the project is set to take place on June 8 at Charlestown City Hall, where local officials and residents will have the opportunity to review and comment on the plans.
