Homeowners fighting against $6 billion data center being built near their backyards

Homeowners in Festus, Missouri, are actively fighting against the development of a $6 billion data center in their area. Despite an approved agreement allowing the project to move forward, a new lawsuit has been filed to try and halt its construction.
