Front Royal Town Councilman Josh Ingram is campaigning for another term while supporting efforts to prohibit data centers in the town. He said a lengthy public hearing and resident concerns reinforced his view that data centers are not a good fit for Front Royal, where he has experience helping build them.
Ingram also identified water supply as a major long-term concern, citing Front Royal’s dependence on the Shenandoah River and the needs of residents in both the town and Warren County. He supports exploring a secondary water source and pursuing economic development that creates jobs and commercial tax revenue while preserving the community’s character.
