Data centers: Ransom Twp. denies zoning amendment request after resident's lawyer points out flaws

A Ransom Township zoning hearing resulted in the township board of supervisors voting 2-1 to reject a property owner's request to change the zoning ordinance to allow development of a data center campus. The vote came after an attorney representing a local resident pointed out flaws in the hearing process and the case presented by the data center developer.
