St. Charles leaders consider data center ban

St. Charles leaders hit pause on a plan that could lead to a permanent ban on data centers. The Planning and Zoning Commission chose to hold off on zoning changes that would formally block the facilities citywide. A temporary one-year ban has been in place since August.
