Union City officials have scheduled a 5:30 p.m. public hearing at the Municipal Building to gather public input on two proposed amendments to the city’s Official Municipal Zoning Ordinance. One amendment would establish regulations for data centers, while the other would prohibit storage containers as accessory buildings in residential zoning districts.

The agenda also includes consideration of an engineering-services agreement with Adurra Group Inc. for oversight of the Lake Road water tank painting project, along with time for visitors to raise grievances or complaints.
