DC BLOX, an Atlanta-based data center developer and operator, claimed "collaborative" conversations with Mayor Freddie O'Connell and the Nashville Zoo CEO, a notion quickly denounced by O'Connell as "inaccurate, wishful thinking that is divorced from reality."
