The project is planned in two phases, with a total capacity of 55MW and an investment of $440 million. The first phase, costing $176 million for 22MW, is expected by Q2 2026. The second phase, adding 33MW, is slated for Q1 2027 and will bring the total investment to $440 million, financed primarily through debt.
